By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the goods are dispatched.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via Wise, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of order unless you hold a credit-approved trade account. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We aim to deliver within the timeframes shown on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
We operate a 30-day returns policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging. We do not accept returns on cut, opened or partially used products. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods. See our Returns Policy for full details.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we recommend you verify product suitability with a qualified professional before purchase. Product dimensions, thermal values and performance data are provided in good faith but may vary. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect product selection.
Our liability to you is limited to the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
