We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, we've made the process as simple as possible.
Return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged.
Email us at info@gisolutions.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange collection or issue a returns label within 1 working day.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been cut, opened or partially used. Please check your specification carefully before ordering. If in doubt, contact us first.
